PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY. WHEN YOU BOOK ON A COSMOPOLITAN TOUR, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION & POLICY.

  • DEPARTURE POINT
    Little Rock, AR – departure hotel to be announced.
    We urge you to spend the night prior to departure, at the departure hotel, for our discounted room rate . This special discounted rate applies only on motorcoach tours shown in this brochure and is good for pre-departure night only. You must identify yourself as a Cosmopolitan Tours passenger, when checking in.
  • CAR PARKING
    Parking is provided at the departure hotel (TBA) in Little Rock. Cosmopolitan Tours, nor the
    hotel can assume any responsibility for loss or damage. Arrive early for a good parking spot, or better yet, spend the night prior to departure at the hotel.
  • INCLUDED FEATURES
    Round trip deluxe motorcoach transportation, hotel accommodations, baggage handling, entrance fees to all attractions where indicated on itinerary, tips for step-on guides where indicated on itinerary, and the services of a tour director.
  • DEPOSITS
    A $25 per person deposit will hold your reservation, except on the Mystery Tours and any other tours that have a different payment policy stated on the itinerary. Cruises offered have different deposit and payment policies, see cruise information.
  • METHOD OF PAYMENT
    Cosmopolitan Tours accepts payments on motorcoach tours in the form of cash, personal check, or by credit card transaction. For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa & Discover. Cost factors will not allow us to accept any credit card transaction for less than $100.00. NOTE CREDIT CARD REFUNDS: “Cash” refunds are not given on credit card transactions. The refund must be credited to your credit card account.
  • FINAL PAYMENTS AND BOARDING DOCUMENTS
    Final payments are due approximately 30 days to departure, except on Mystery Tours, and any other tours that have a different payment policy stated on the itinerary. (See individual itineraries.) Final Documents, which will list all scheduled hotels, as well as changes in the itinerary, if any, and other information pertinent to the tour, will be mailed approximately 10 days prior to departure.
  • CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
    Cancellations received in our office 14 business days or more, prior to departure, will receive a refund of all money paid, except the deposit. The deposit is non-refundable, but it may be transferred to another motorcoach tour within the calendar year. FOR CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED WITHIN 14 BUSINESS DAYS OF DEPARTURE, THE FOLLOWING POLICY APPLIES:
  • FOR CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED 14 TO 3 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE:
    - $25.00 deposit is non-refundable, but transferable within the calendar year
    - 20% of the fare paid is non-refundable, due to expenses incurred on behalf of the client
    - No refunds for cancellations received within 3 business days prior to departure
    - For no-shows on day of departure, and anyone required to leave the tour after departure, there will be no refunds. Exceptions to this policy: Any trip itinerary in this brochure which lists a specific payment/cancellation policy. (See individual itineraries)
  • INSURANCE
    Cosmopolitan Tours’ office (or your travel agent) will provide you with trip cancellation/interruption insurance INFORMATION, after your deposit is paid. The insurance is optional to you and must be purchased for a fee, directly from the insurance company. The insurance may help you recover your loss if you must cancel within cancellation deadlines. Please consider purchasing this insurance, based on your needs and situations.
  • SEATING
    Passengers rotate seats on the motorcoach at the direction of the tour director. Exceptions cannot be made. Single passengers are required to share seats on the coach, when the coach is filled to capacity.
  • CHANGE IN ACCOMMODATIONS
    If you are booked as a double or triple, and a roommate cancels before the tour departs, or does not show up the day of departure, or leaves the tour after departure, we must charge you the supplement since the hotels make no allowances.
  • CHILDREN
    Children under seven cannot be booked on Cosmopolitan Tours. We encourage you to take children and grandchildren, 7 years and older, on a motorcoach tour – it takes the hassle out of traveling and we offer many destinations that will be fun and educational to kids! Due to the economical prices of these tours, no reduction on tour rates, except for the coupons offered, is given for children.
  • PETS
    Absolutely no pets are allowed aboard the motorcoach.
  • TOUR DIRECTORS
    Each motorcoach tour is accompanied by a tour director who will provide you with general information about tour attractions and destinations. Our tour directors will assist you in every way possible.
  • DISABILITIES
    Any physical and/or mental disability requiring special attention or treatment must be reported when application is made for reservation on any tour or cruise. Tour passengers who require any form of personal assistance MUST be accompanied by a traveling companion who is capable and totally responsible for such assistance. Cosmopolitan Tours reserves the right to revoke acceptance of any passenger whose mental or physical disabilities or deficiencies add to the responsibilities of the tour operator or tour director.
  • MEMBERSHIP
    Cosmopolitan Tours, Inc., reserves the right to reject or terminate the membership of any person whom the management may consider objectionable to other Cosmopolitan Tour members. Persons with physical disabilities must be accompanied by a companion if such disability prevents them from being either totally ambulatory or independent. Before membership can be accepted (when deposit is made), the management should be notified of the nature of such disability to determine whether it would affect the comfort and enjoyment of other members of the tour.
  • ITINERARY CHANGES
    Tour itineraries are planned a year or more in advance and bookings are made at all sightseeing attractions. If, for any reason beyond our control, changes are deemed necessary, we reserve the right to vary itineraries and substitute attractions of equal or better value.
  • LUGGAGE
    We must limit luggage to ONE large bag per person. The handling of this piece of luggage is included in your tour. You may take a piece of carry-on luggage (small enough to fit in the overhead rack) if you are willing to be responsible for it. Cosmopolitan Tours nor the bus company, is not liable for loss of or damage to luggage, but be assured that it is our policy to handle all of you belongings with care.
  • SABBATH OBSERVANCE
    Our Tour Directors are asked to conduct a brief Sabbath Observance on the motorcoach.
  • BORDER CROSSING REQUIREMENTS
    CANADA – U.S. citizens must have proof of citizenship in the form of a valid passport and photo I.D. in order to enter Canada and re-enter the U.S.
  • RESPONSIBILITY
    Cosmopolitan Tours, Inc. Little Rock, AR, acts only as agent for passenger and therefore accepts no responsibility in whole or in part for substations of any part of the printed itineraries for reasons beyond our control, any delay, delayed departure, or arrival, missed train or other carrier connections, loss, damage or injury to person or property or mechanical defect or failure, of any nature, however caused, or for any substitution of hotels or of common carrier equipment beyond its control or without notice, or for any additional expense occasioned thereby. No carrier shall have, or incur any responsibility or liability to any person taking this tour except its liability as a common carrier. The liability of the carriers for baggage or other property accompanying passengers is limited to their liability as common carriers. Rates quoted are based on tariffs and exchange current at time of printing, and are subject to changes therein at or before time of final payment. No revisions of printed itineraries or their included features are anticipated; however, the right is reserved to make any changes with or without notice that might become necessary with the mutual understanding that any additional expenses will be paid by the individual passenger. The right is reserved to decline, to accept, or retain any person as a member of these tours at any time.
